چکیده
فلسفه وجودی سازمان، متکی به حیات انسان است. انسان ها در کالبد سازمانها روح میدمند، آن را به حرکت در میآوردند و اداره میکنند. حصول اطمینان از تعهد و تناسب سازمانی آنها یکی از بهترین روشهای جذب و نگهداری کارکنان با استعداد و همچنین کسب عملکرد بهتر برای سازمان است. این پژوهش درصدد بررسی اثر تعدیلی تناسب فرد- سازمان بر رابطه میان تعهد سازمانی و تمایل به ترک و جابهجایی شغل است. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و براساس نحوه گردآوری دادهها توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارکنان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز تشکیل میدهند. نمونه آماری شامل 126 نفر از کارکنان است که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی برای آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش انتخاب شدهاند. دادههای مطالعه با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد جمعآوری شده و با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و رویکرد کمترین مربعات جزئی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج به دست آمده از انجام پژوهش بیانگر اثر تعدیلی تناسب فرد- سازمان بر رابطه میان تعهد سازمانی و تمایل به ترک و جابهجایی شغل است.
Assessing Effects of Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intentions with Moderate Effect of Person-Organization fit

Philosophy of the organization is dependent with human life. Humans make organizations alive, and move and manage them. Being assure of organizational commitment and HR fitness is one of the best ways to attract and retain talented employees and improve business performance. This study seeks to investigate the moderate effect of person- organization fitness on the relationship between organizational commitment and turnover intention. In terms of purpose this study is applied and data collection Method is descriptive – survey. Population is consist of shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz employees. Sample was 126 employees that selected randomly according to random sampling method. Data was collected using standard questionnaire and analyzed with partial least squares structural equation modeling approach. Results indicate that there is moderate effect of quality of person- organization fitness on relationship between organizational commitment and turnover intention.
